3 words. What a treat! Man always wanted to try banh cupn and finally did from an OG spot. Had tried it from thh bahn mi, was ok but wasnt authentic. This one was. Got number 8 and was surprised how much better it is than what I had previous tried from that other place. Such a treat! It comes with their tea too, idk what tea it is but its tasty. Makes for a good combination. Would def come here again!

Very good food and service. We had a pretty large party and they were available to accommodate us. A bit off the beaten path from Bolsa Ave but you can tell this is a local favorite. Check this place out next time you're craving Banh Chanh Tom Cua (Vietnamse Udon), Banh Cuon, or for the less adventurous Bun Thit Nuong.

Banh Cuon Thanh Tri is tucked in the corner of a plaza in Garden Grove and someone had mentioned to me that this place was their favorite banh cuon spot in Orange County. To dine in, put your name on the waitlist. If you want to get food to go instead, you can either call or order online. We ordered the #8 banh cuon dac biet ($12.49) which came with pork banh cuon, shrimp banh cuon, normal steamed rice rolls, egg roll, steamed pork ham and fried pork ham, and fried sweet potatoes. Unfortunately it was a little soggy because we took it to go but it was still good nonetheless. The portions were bigger than I was expecting and surprisingly I was full from eating it. The food was solid and I'd be interested in dining in and trying their other offerings.

When we came around 1pm on a Saturday, this place was packed with people waiting! I heard of friends coming and liking this spot, as well as seeing positive reviews, so I knew I had to stick out the wait! - PARKING - Pretty large parking lot, although it can be impacted during peak meal hours! Be careful of marked spaces that are dedicated to specific businesses! - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - Paper waitlist - make sure you write your name down when you arrive! The restaurant itself inside is not very big, but we must have gotten lucky with the order of groups leaving as our party of 6 was able to get in within 30 minutes. After we ordered, it did not take extremely long for food to come out, but they did have staggered dishes so we did not all start eating at the same time. They also forgot a drink, so we decided to cancel it. - FOOD - Banh Cuon Trung Thit Dac Biet ($13.99): The restaurant has Banh Cuon in its name, so you gotta try what they're labeling themselves as! This spot has special Banh Cuon where they have Egg steamed into the rice rolls, and I thought it gave a great addition to the dish! I already liked Banh Cuon to begin with, but loved the extra texture change with the Egg. Really fair portion sizes here as well! - OVERALL - I would 100% come back for more of their namesake Banh Cuon, and would love to try out their other menu items like their BBH!

There was a wait, and they do not take reservations. Make sure to come there early, and be there while they call your name. Table turnover is pretty quick, so the wait was only around 30 mins. Banh Cuon is my favorite dish, and I was excited to try this place. Got the egg mixture with half beef and shrimp. All the toppings that are included is delicious, and the fish sauce was the perfect pairing for this dish, 5/5! Highly recommend!

I can never have enough Banh Cuon so after last week, we happen to be in the area again and Yelp led us to BC Thanh Tri. The restaurant is in a strip mall. Our server was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. That alone would bring me back here again. The Banh Cuon offerings had several variations. I chose the #8 House Special. Wrapping the the BC rice sheets around the fishcakes, etc and then dipping in the sauces is so delicious. You can't really go wrong here with any order number. The crisscross fried sweet potato looked like a hashtag and really everything was delicious. I will return!

Service is great but a bit overwhelming with staffing shortages Ambiance -ok Food - it was a bomb that we had it two days in a roll. First time was order to go. When we got home, some items were still fresh but the fried items were a bit soggy yet still delicious Not all items can be take out so we decided to go back the next day, not disappointed The needle soup was so authentic with lots of fulfilling and the dish cup rice with minced shrimps were the best. They are well known for their rice roll, thin, smooth and light. Well definitely return and highly recommended

Called for takeout on a Saturday afternoon and our 2 dishes were ready in 15 minutes! Beats waiting in the long line to dine in, at the cost of not being able to get Banh Beo (dine in only). + Banh Cuon Thit Trung Dac Biet ($13.99): love the variety of meats and sides to enjoy with the egg rice rolls. The fish sauce is on the lighter side, so I added a bit of fish sauce to my liking. (8.5/10) She even packed is their complimentary herbal tea (tastes like chrysanthemum tea) to go!

I can't get this level of delicious Banh Cuon (Vietnamese Rice Rolls) in my area, so I had to stop by this restaurant since I was in the OC. The "Banh Cuon" are their specialty;hence, the name of the restaurant. They make other regional Vietnamese specialties, but I only ordered the Banh cuon rice rolls. To me their Rice Rolls were out of this world GREAT! Made to order with meticulously fresh ingredients! The menu is straight forward and has a *star* symbol for most popular items. We did takeout on a busy weekend and it only took 15mins! The owner was so sweet and cheerful. She brought me some ice-tea and an egg roll while I waited. Seriously I can't wait to come back! Payment: Cash and Credit (above $15). Parking: Strip mall ample parking.
